SESSION SCHEDULE: 

Join me for a 1-hour training session, Monday - Thursday, at 12 PM. 

 WHO CAN TRAIN:

Women in the Lake Charles Area.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 

Water, Weight lifting gloves, and Knee support compression sleeve (2)

PAYMENT DUE DATE:

Fitness training payments are due on the 1st day of each month.

GYM:

Gym membership is just $15/month, no contract, pay directly to the gym.  

There is a Locker Room and Showers.

You’ll have complete access to the whirlpool and Sauna Steam Room

 KEEP IN MIND:

It’s important to start slowly and progress gradually, focusing on proper form and technique over the number of weights lifted. 

A well-balanced approach combining proper training, nutrition, and recovery will help you achieve your fitness goals.

It is a journey not a destination.

Focus on progress, not perfection, and celebrate small victories along the way!
